SHIPPING

We ship to anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $15 (except 20 litre and 200 litre oils*) using couriers or Australia Post. If you require your order urgently, please contact us so we can expedite shipping in the most effective way.

* 20 litre & 200 litre oils – Please contact us for delivery costs to your location.

RETURNS

You may return unused fasteners within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). We do not accept returns on Gulf or Molytec products. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you’ll receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it,

and the time it takes for your bank to process the refund request.
